Freshman Instant Decision Day for High School Seniors
High School Seniors are invited to have their application for admission reviewed, tour the campus, enjoy lunch and meet with an admissions counselor to receive their admissions decision and determine their eligibility for any academic scholarship. Interested students must register online. Please bring your completed admissions application, official high school .transcript in a sealed envelope, SAT or ACT scores, essay, optional brag sheet or resume, and recommendations. *Please note: Dance Majors should register for Dance Audition and Instant Decision Days at http://www.georgian.edu/dance/auditions.htm . SPRING 2015 APPLICANTS ONLY ----FRESHMEN- High school graduates who are interested in attending the Spring 2015 semester will bring a completed admissions application, their official high school transcript in a sealed envelope with graduation date confirmed and SAT/ACT scores. Accuplacer testing is required for freshmen. TRANSFER- Transfer students should bring a completed application and official sealed transcripts from all previously attended colleges and universities. ALL ATTENDEES- Applicants will meet privately with an Admissions Counselor to receive an on-the-spot admissions decision, meet with an advisor and register for classes. Scholarship eligibility and financial aid will be available. Dance majors will not be able to receive an admissions decision at this time but are welcome to submit their paperwork for the department review and decision after audition. Prospective students who are nearing or have completed their Baccalaureate degrees are invited to attend one of these sessions to learn about the graduate rolling admissions process. The session will include information regarding our graduate Masters Programs, Certifications & Endorsements, meeting with faculty and general financial aid information.
